This is the amount paid to you if your car sells. Any amount achieved above this is retained by Kenwyn Autos as our fee.

  1. Appointment. You appoint Kenwyn Autos to market and sell the vehicle described above on your behalf.
  2. Minimum price. The minimum price you have set is the net amount paid to you when the vehicle sells. Any amount achieved above it is retained by Kenwyn Autos as our fee. We won't sell for less without your written agreement.
  3. Finance and insurance income. If the buyer takes up finance, insurance or a similar product through us, any commission or income earned from it is retained by Kenwyn Autos. It does not reduce the amount paid to you.
  4. Insurance. You will keep the vehicle insured with your own provider for the whole consignment, including while it is stored at our showroom.
  5. Ownership. You confirm you own the vehicle, or have the lender's authority to sell it, and that you have told us about any finance owing. Any finance owing is repaid from the sale before the balance is paid to you.
